In case the products you bought from us need repairs due to some issues such as broken connections and other issues, please feel free to contact us and send back your product to us for repair.
Most of the case, we’ll provide free of charge repair except if the broken products are due to improper handling the customers. But don’t worry, we can always repair it for you. We will also offer free polishing of the product purchased from Fanas Jewellery, once a year. However, we recommend customers to store jewellery in a dry place to avoid humidity, moisture, perfume & any kind of liquids. For more information please follow our Jewellery Care Section.
