1. How do I make a purchase?

We invite you to browse through our online store. Once you have found an item that you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the Add to Shopping Bag button which is conveniently positioned below each item.

Once you have concluded the selection process, you may review your selection clicking the Shopping Bag icon at the top right-hand side of the of the page and selecting View Cart.

You may use the Remove Item link to amend your selection from your Shopping Bag. If you wish to continue to browse through our collection and add something different to the Shopping Bag, you may click on the Continue Shopping button.

To complete your order, click on Proceed to Check Out Button.

  1. Do I need to set up an account to Place an Order?

Placing an Order with Fanas is a simple process. To Place an Order with Fanas, you may either set up an account or checkout as a guest. However, setting up an account with Fanas is highly recommended as it will further streamline the ordering process on your future purchases. Some of the benefits of setting up an account with Fanas are:

To Create an Account simply click on Register Account at the top right-hand side of the page and fill in your details.

  1. How will I know that the products sold Fanas through this Website are authentic?

Every product sold through this Website is shipped directly from Fanas without any intermediaries, therefore guaranteeing 100% authenticity and exquisite craftsmanship, placed in premium Fanas packaging.

Additionally, each Fanas product will ship with a small card which clearly states exact composition and grammage of materials/stones that have been utilized in the manufacturing process.

  1. What size should I choose?

A Fanas Size Guide is available on each product page. However, all Fanas Products are free size whereas all rings are adjustable to each customer’s individual needs.

  1. Can I Re-Order a Product that is Sold Out on the Website?

Ofcourse. At Fanas, most of our products are manufactured in small batches to maintain exclusivity, however we encourage our clients to reach out to us through our Contact Us Section to check potential availability of Sold Our Products.

As most of our products are handcrafted, orders for Sold Out Products may take up to 2 Weeks.

  1. What Shipping & Payment Methods are available?

All Fanas orders are shipped via courier at nominal charges within Pakistan. However, international shipping charges may vary according to destination and are subject to local import duties.

Fanas is currently offering the following Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery – Only for non-customized & available stock orders under PKR 10,000
  • Bank Transfer (Details will be communicated via Email after confirmation of order)
  • Online Payments through Credit or Debit Card
  • Easy Paisa & Jazz Cash (Details will be communicated via Email after confirmation of order)
  • Cash Payments can also be dropped off at our place of business for orders from within Lahore

 

  1. Can I Add Items to Aa Existing Order?

Yes, you may add items to an existing order if it has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to place a new order.

  1. What happens after an order has been placed?

After an order has been placed, an email confirming that it has been received, along with transaction details for your preferred mode of payment will be sent to you via email. Our Customer Support Team will reach out to you for confirmation and finalization of each order.

If you chose to pay via Debit or Credit Card, you will not be required to conduct the transaction immediately. An Email containing the final amount subject to availability of stock or for customized/international orders will be sent to your registered email address.

The Email will contain a link to our secure online payment gateway which will process your Card Payments in a manner that guarantees safety.

  1. Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders for available stock products within 2 to 3 Working Days. Make it Your Own Products which require engraving, etching or other customization will require additional days and be dispatched in 5-7 working days.

Customized orders may take up to 2 Weeks to be shipped, depending on the design & type of product.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order.

  1. What is the Refund Policy?

While we our confident that you will love your Fanas Product, we understand that sometimes products may not live up to your expectations.

In that circumstance, Fanas will offer a full refund for Unused Products that are returned within 2 Weeks with the packaging still in-tact. We will require at least 2 Weeks to process local refund requests after receipt of product back to Fanas.

The Refund Policy is not applicable to Make it Your Own or Customized Products.
